It is still best to limit your fast food nutrition to once or twice a week. If you stick with whole foods that are located in the outer most aisle of your supermarket for the rest of the week, you will still lose weight. Study your food nutrition facts ahead of time so when you are in a hurry or just want something different, you can safely go through the drive-thru knowing your fast food nutrition guidelines.
