It is better to keep your metabolism revved up with 4-5 small meals a day instead of 1-2 very large ones. The human body is a very finely tuned machine that thinks famine is here and should conserve energy if a lot of time passes in between meals.Try to eat something every 2-3 hours and don’t allow yourself to get overly hungry before eating the next meal.

5. Get regular exercise.
